Interior studios: 80 to 190 sq ft, $375 to $725/month. Quiet, private, and the best value if you don’t need natural light.

Windowed studios: 170 to 300 sq ft, $725 to $1,200/month. Natural light on Sunset Park’s industrial waterfront side. The bigger the studio, the better the per-square-foot value.

Every studio comes with WiFi and all utilities included, slop sink access, a conveyor belt for moving work up to the 2nd floor, and 24/7 building access. Six- or twelve-month agreements.
